The Minister went on to say that “The purpose of the presentation was to provide elected members with in-depth information on the largest flood relief Capital Investment Scheme ever to be undertaken in Cork”.
The Minister further outlined how the OPW welcomed all submissions on the Scheme as part of the consultative process on the Scheme and had, as a result of the considerable interest shown by the public, extended the deadline for receipt of submissions to the 16th March, 2017.
