A Quality Management System with ISO 9001:2008 accreditation is implemented and maintained.
The delivery of customer requirements involves managing the development of tender documentation, assembly and appointment of the design team, securing necessary planning permission, selecting contractors, overseeing progress on site and managing the costs of the projects.
