PPP Decentralised Bundle of 3 - Carlow, Mullingar & Portlaoise

The 'PPP Decentralised Bundle of 3' project will be one of the largest ever undertaken by the Office of Public Works. The projetc will consist of the provision of office accommodation, car parking and ancillary facilities in three locations: - Carlow for the Dept of Enterprise, Trade & Employment; Mullingar for the Dept. of Education & Science; and Portlaoise for the Dept. of Agriculture & Food. All three buildings will be constructed under a single public private partnership (PPP) contract. Macquarie Partnership for Ireland has been selected as the consortium to become the preferred tenderer for the project. It will design, build, finance and maintain the offices under a 15 year contract.
