Farmleigh Library
Farmleigh Library houses two collections, a selection of books of Irish interest which were purchased for the enjoyment of guests staying at Farmleigh and the very fine Guinness collection. Its subject coverage has a strong Irish flavour with a comprehensive collection of literature by prominent Irish writers. There is also a wide range of historical material in both manuscript and printed forms. Many of the volumes are beautiful examples of the art of bookbinding.
Visits to the Library can be arranged for groups of up to ten persons, and scholars may consult library material, also by appointment. Please contact Julia Cummins at the Library, Farmleigh, Castleknock, Dublin 15.
