Report of the Flood Policy Review Group

The Government also appointed the OPW as lead agency for flood risk management in Ireland, and our responsibilities now include:

      • Coordination of national flood risk management activities;
      • Development and implementation of new work programmes to implement the new policy;
      • Ongoing delivery of flood relief projects and maintenance of existing schemes.
