Buildings & Architecture


The main functions of the Office in respect of Buildings and Architecture are:

  • The management and maintenance of the State property portfolio (excludes schools and hospitals)
  • Provision (by way of purchase, construction or renting) and fitting out of office and other accommodation for Government Departments, Offices and Agencies
  • Design and delivery of the construction of new buildings, refurbishment, adaptation and conservation of existing buildings, and building maintenance projects
